Return Policy

We want you to love your Cinzia products as much as we do but we understand that sometimes you and an item just aren’t compatible. If that’s the case, we will gladly accept any merchandise in its original condition for return within 30 days. Please contact us for a return authorization number and repack any unused products in their original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip. We will not accept any returns after 30 days from date of purchase. Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit however, all clearance sales are final.

If you received a Cinzia Designs item as a gift and it’s just not you, we would be happy to exchange it. You can either contact us with the item you’d like instead, or follow the return process above. We will then issue you a one-time use CinziaDesigns.com promo code for the amount of the gift purchased.

Unless you received an incorrect or damaged item, you are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable. For your security, please ship any returns through an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Parcel Post) and hold on to your tracking number – Cinzia Designs is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
