The heart shaped face is defined by a broad forehead and narrow or pointed chin. The goal is to minimize the width of the top of the face by adding width below the eye line to offset the narrow chin.
To minimize the width of the top or the face, try frames that are wider at the bottom. Low temples will also add balance.
Choose frames that are oval or up-curving, square-ish frames to complement this face shape. Aviators and butterfly frames are a great choice. Frames with rounded tops and square bottoms will also work or rimless frames are also an excellent choice.
